Static is a long-form extended composition for 2 guitars, bass clarinet, and electronics. The piece uses a series of cues in order to structure the interpretation of the notated material.

This piece combines chamber music with ambient electronic music and live real-time sampling/electronic manipulation of the instruments.

This recording is a 14 minute excerpt from the complete 60 minute performance which was recorded live at the Art League of New Britain in New Britain, CT on May 23rd, 2009.
